Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 - 4 3" Salmon Fillets
Foil
Paper Towels
Stubb's Rosemary-Ginger Spice Rub

Instructions:

Tip: When shopping, look for deep-pink salmon color and meat that is firm and elastic.

Tear a 12" heavy-duty foil sheet about 14" long. Fold all sides over about 3/4" and then bend edge up all around 4 sides - making a pan. Pour 3 tablespoons olive oil into foil pan.
Wash salmon fillets in cold water and dry with paper towels until completely dry. Place fillets skin-side down in foil pan with olive oil - coat salmon thoroughly.
Sprinkle Stubb's Rosemary-Ginger Spice Rub generously over fillets.
Place foil pan onto grill. Once oil begins to sizzle, turn fillets skin-side up - carefully remove skin. Sprinkle Stubb's Rosemary-Ginger Spice Rub generously over newly exposed skinless side.
Grill - turning once or twice until each piece flakes easily.

Note:
No mess - No odor - No need to clean grill.
