Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Stubb's Herbal Mustard Rub
15 oz of steamed lump crab meat
1 cup of bread or cracker crumbs
1 egg
¼ cup of minced scallions
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
vegetable oil spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F)
Thoroughly combine
ingredients (except for vegetable spray).
Form into 8 patties,
place on cookie sheet sprayed with vegetable oil. The patties
will be thin so they cook quickly.
Bake for 5 minutes
so that they are golden brown on both sides.
Serve immediately |
