Here's
how to make the best chicken you can.
Ingredients:
Your favorite parts of a chicken
Stubb's Moppin' Sauce
Stubb's BBQ Sauce
Oil for the grill
Instructions:
1. Purchase chicken cut up, or cut it yourself
2. Trim excess fat and skin from chicken
3. Wash chicken parts and pat dry with paper towels
4. Preheat grill to a medium heat
5. Coat cooking grate with oil
6. Place chicken on hot grill
7. Turn every 10 minutes
8. Brush with Stubb's Moppin' Sauce during cooking
9. After about 40 minutes, test for doneness by cutting into
a thick piece. The juices should be clear
10. Serve with warmed Stubb's BBQ Sauce
Note:
1. If you prefer your chicken skinless, use Stubb's Chicken
Marinade instead of the Moppin' Sauce and BBQ Sauce.
2. To reduce flare-ups, move chicken pieces to an unused part
of the grill every time you turn them.
