Ingredients

4 pounds Pork Spare Ribs
2 Bottles Stubb's BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Stubb's Hickory Smoke
1 Bottle Stubb's Moppin Sauce
1 Can Stubb's BBQ Spice Rub

Instructions

Trim the ribs of as much excess fat as you can. Sprinkle and massage BBQ Rub over both sides of the ribs and boneless meat while adding more BBQ Rub to ensure every area is covered. Cut ribs into two pieces. Place ribs and boneless meat into a large sealable freezer bag. Pour in 1 bottle of BBQ Sauce, 1/2 cup of Hickory Smoke, seal bag, and place in fridge for at least 24 hours before cooking.

Before cooking, preheat oven to 225. Place ribs and boneless meat into large baking dish. (Discard marinating bag) Pour in one bottle of BBQ Sauce and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for 2 hours 30 minutes.

After oven cooking, fire up your grill. Place ribs on medium heat and baste with Moppin Sauce using a brush. Once the ribs turn that golden "EAT ME NOW" color, pull them off the grill and serve.
