Ingredients:
1 bottle Stubb's Pork Marinade
1 quart reduced beef broth
1/2 cup brown mustard
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 small red potatoes
2 carrots (stripped)
1 can pineapple rings
2 pounds quality pork tenderloin

Instructions:

Tip: Marinate pork in Stubb's Pork Marinade at least 4 hours prior to grilling.

Place pork tenderloin in a Ziploc bag or pan. Cover with Stubb's Pork Marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours prior to grilling.
In saucepan, place beef broth, brown and yellow mustards, honey, horseradish, ketchup, brown sugar and garlic. Simmer on low and reduce until sauce thickens.
Grill pork tenderloin, turning to prevent burning while brushing mixture over the meat. Grill for about 1 hour on low heat (about 170 degrees F).
Grill vegetables and pineapple during last half of the cooking time. Remove pork from grill and serve with grilled vegetables and pineapple.
