Ingredients:
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon Stubb's BBQ Spice Rub
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
Smoke cook pork, then shred finely. Heat sauce ingredients
20 minutes but do not boil. Pour on pork and steep overnight.
Skim fat and make pork patties. Heat and serve with coleslaw
on bun.
