Ingredients

Stubb's Beef Marinade
a good sized pork tenderloin
2 onions
2 bell peppers
1 package of 20 taco sized flour tortillas

Instructions

Slice the tenderloin into fajita size pieces and then marinate overnight in Stubb's Beef Marinade. Fry the tenderloin onions and bell peppers in a little vegetable oil. If desired serve with sour cream, guacamole, beans and rice.

Simple spicy recipe. Don't expect to have any leftovers.
