Ingredients:
2 beef top loin steaks
1 beef top sirloin steak
1 bottle of Stubb's Beef Marinade
1 large Texas 1015 onion or any sweet, yellow onion

Ingredients for Peanut Sauce:
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions:
Tip: Marainate steaks in the refigerator overnight for best flavor.

Cut onion slices approximately 1/2" wide
Place onion and steaks into Ziploc bag and pour Stubb's Beef Marinade over beef steaks and onion slices. Let marinate in the refrigerator 2 to 4 hours turning Ziploc bag once during marinating time.
Place steaks and onion on grill over medium, ash covered coals. Grill top loin steaks for 15 - 18 miinutes (top sirloin steaks 17 - 21 minutes) until steaks are medium rare to medium well and onion is tender, turning ocassionally.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, using a fork, gradually stir 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and 2 tablespoons water into peanut butter and red pepper, mixing until smooth.
Trim fat from steaks. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices; serve with onion and peanut sauce.

Cooks tip: To check the temperature of the coals, cautiously hold your hand, palm side down, at cooking height (just above the grill). Count the number of seconds you can hold your hand in that position before the heat is uncomfortable and you have to pull it away - 4 seconds for medium coals.
