Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. Pork Tenderloin
1 Stubb's Bar-B-Q Spice Rub
1 bottle Stubb's Moppin Sauce
1 bottle Stubb's Original Bar-B-Q Sauce
Meat Thermometer

Instructions:

Tip: Drizzle warmed Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce over finished tenderloin for a nice presentation.

Preheat oven to 425 - 450 degrees F, or fire up the grill
Carefully remove excess fat and silver skin. Cover tenderloin with Stubb's Spice Rub and a few pinches of sea or kosher salt (salt optional). Massage well into tenderloin. Place in skillet and let sear. For best results, do not move tenderloin while searing. Sear all sides until a light crust forms from the spices.
Remove tenderloin from skillet and place into baking dish. Brush liberally with Stubb's Moppin' Sauce. Place onto grill or into preheated oven.
Cook for 20 - 30 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F. Halfway through cooking time remove from oven, turn and baste with more Stubb's Moppin' Sauce. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with a side of warmed Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce.

Note:
The FDA says pork must reach an internal temperature, measured with a food thermometer, of 160 degrees F (72 degrees C), for medium, or 170 degrees F (77 degrees C) for well done.
