Depend on how many steaks cooked

Get
some well marbled New York Strip Steak, avoid steaks with
grissle, marinate with Stubb's Beef Marinade for half an hour.
Get
charcoal grill with allot of charcoal and light it up, wait
till coals are grey and real hot.
Put
steaks on grill close to coals, 2 minutes per side, flip every
two minutes for 10 minutes, ( If grill is real hot, if not
keep on 2 minutes longer until outside is chard)
DO
NOT OVER COOK, inside should be pink, or bloody if you like
it that way, inside should not be tan or brown, with New York
Strip steak if you cook it too much, the flavor will be gone.
Use
seasoned salt, peppers or steak sahkers to flavor if you like.
Eat
while hot.
Serve
with backed beans, corn, or home made potato salad. |
