Thatz right, you will need plenty of stubbs. This is the best around!
Stubb's Mesquite or Hickory Liquid Smoke Marinade

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Water

1 teaspoon Stubb's Mesquite OR 1 teaspoon Hickory Liquid Smoke (whichever you prefer)

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Worcestershire Sauce or Soy Sauce (one or the other) dash to taste

The juice of on half of a lime (fresh only - no concentrate)

* If you make this with Worcestershire Sauce, add 1 to 3 tbsps finely diced Shallot to taste

** If you Soy Sauce, instead of Shallot, add 1 to 2 tbsps finely diced or grated fresh Ginger or 1 small clove of Garlic finely diced (1/2 to 1 tsp).

Instructions:
Stir well and place meat and marinade in a resealable plastic bag in refrigerator.

Turn bag one halfway through your marinating time. Remember, the longer you marinate, the stronger the flavor! Don't over do it - let the marinade compliment the meat.

Note:
This is a great marinade for salmon, chicken, beef and pork.
